# Protocol Overview

OpenX is a diversified decentralized derivative trading platform that aims to build a one-stop Web3 liquidity infrastructure (LAAS).

It consists of a series of DeFi derivative protocols designed to provide refined risk-adjusted returns for traders while offering in-depth liquidity pools for token hedging with OpenX's protocol liquidity and the Treasury asset pool

Key features include:

* Quantifiable AMM (QAMM): The protocol utilizes a QAMM mechanism to efficiently manage funds and liquidity flow between trading and liquidity providers
* Customizable Treasury Fund Pool Management: The protocol provides a treasury fund pool management system that allows for market-making LP, staking, lending, and fund management in the field of real-world assets (RWA)
* High-Return Liquid Bond Mechanisms: OpenX incorporates liquid bond mechanisms that allow the protocol to obtain liquidity provider (LP) usage rights and manage LP resources
* Standardized Process for Issuing RWA Assets: OpenX has a standardized process for issuing real-world asset (RWA) tokens, enabling the integration of traditional financial assets into the protocol

These features collectively aim to provide a comprehensive suite of DeFi derivative protocols, liquidity incentives, and risk management tools within the OpenX ecosystem.

By combining these features, OpenX aims to create a robust and sustainable liquidity infrastructure for the Web3 ecosystem
